Privacy notice
We keep this short because the site does very little. It has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies, and no third-party embeds that profile you. There is nothing to consent to, so there is no cookie banner.
What we collect, and why
The only way this site collects personal data is when you email us at [email protected]. In that case we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in your message. We use it solely to read and reply, and to take any next steps you ask for.
Our email is hosted by Google (Google Workspace), which processes and stores the message on our behalf. DNS and the website are served by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.
Legal basis
We process inquiry emails on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where you are asking us to quote or start work, to take pre-contractual steps at your request.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete it. If nothing comes of a conversation, we remove it in the ordinary course.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal data we hold about you, and object to our processing of it. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, the ANSPDCP.
